How Our Departures Work
Most of what we do at Musical Getaways is designed one traveler at a time, and our Exclusive Departures are the exception to that, a small set of scheduled small-group music tours with fixed dates that you can join directly. Each one is built around a festival, a season, or a cultural moment that only happens at a certain time of year, which is what makes the timing worth planning a trip around.
Everything surrounding the music is handled the same way it would be on a private journey, from where you stay and when you move to who guides the group and which local musicians you spend time with, with enough space left in the days that the trip feels connected rather than rushed. The dates are set, and the group is shared, while the access stays the same one we built into our bespoke travel.

Each departure runs with a small group, most of them capped between eight and twelve travelers, and that ceiling is deliberate because it keeps private sessions workable and leaves room to follow the music when something unplanned is worth it.
